Over the past months, the Liberal Party and its coalition partners have held a series of meetings to deliberate on a list of candidates who represent an alternative way forward for the country for the 2019 elections. I can confirm that our list has more than enough names to fill a slate; we have no shortage of people who are principled and competent enough to change the trajectory of the country.
The next step in the process is to formally present it to VP Leni for her finalization. This process will definitely be completed before the month ends; we’ll update the media and the waiting public on the final list as soon as we can.
