The DAP was crafted with the intention to deliver the services and infrastructure needed by the people and guided by the laws available to the executive. This is why former President Aquino gave his nod to the program.
Before all courts and until the very end of the process, former Pres. Aquino will show hat he did not commit any illegal act.
He will respect the process, as he expects that his reasoning be also given due course.

Ginawa ang DAP na may layuning ihatid ang serbisyo at imprastraktura na kailangan ng mamamayan at gabayan ng mga batas na magagamit ng executive. Ito ang dahilan kung bakit pinahintulutan ni dating Pangulong Aquino ang programang ito.
Sa harap ng lahat ng mga korte at hanggang sa dulo ng proseso, ipapakita ni Pangulong Aquino na hindi siya gumawa ng anumang gawaing labag sa batas.
Gagalangin niya ang proseso, habang inaasahan din niya na bibigyang puwang ang kanyang paliwanag.
